Caliber Car Wash - Marietta

Car wash itself was nice, but past that I was not impressed with the rest of my visit. The attendant was kind, but there were no clean towels available across multiple stations and vaccums were clogged with items from previous guests.

It is certainly the worst experience I have encountered with a firm of their scale. They fail to treat customers properly and damaged my antenna. Whenever I visit and inquire about repairs, they offer a familiar routine. I have emailed their HR department without receiving a reply, which suggests questionable business practices.

01-08-26 Edit: After bringing up several issues to the management of this car wash and after this review was posted, they finally improved things. I tried reaching out to management in response to their reply to my review, but I never heard from them. Nevertheless, since the situation improved and now there is friendly service and a better setup here, I am changing the rating. Initial Review: Compared to other locations, the Marietta caliber car wash is subpar. There is rarely any staff member at the entrance, so I usually just drive my car all the way up to the very entrance of the tunnel. Usually, at that point a staff member shows up to start the car wash. They do not even do the extra roller included in my membership. Also, the drying stations are not properly maintained. I once had to walk up to the office to ask about clean towels because I couldn’t find any, even though it was the middle of the day. The young staffers are typically just on their phones or chitchatting. Zero smiles, zero greetings. Management really needs to do something about it.

I love this car wash. It’s a large car wash but feels very personal. The best deal is the monthly subscription which I am a member of. I am on the road a lot and like the option of running my car through as many times as I want until I am satisfied with how the car looks. No more pleading with people to run it through again. It’s so worth it. With 2 or 3 car washes in a month it pays for itself! The car workstations are great as well. You have everything you need to detail your car. They even have a machine to clean your car rugs. They have a larger space for handicap vans. The staff is warm and helpful as well! This place is great!
